Our goal for Performance Training is simple: drive athletes to seize full genetic potential, both physically and mentally. To begin, Our staff will assess overall balance, mobility, hand-eye coordination, foot-speed, understanding of body mechanics, power output, strength, and more. as it pertains to overall athleticism.
During a Boxing Conditioning workout, we will both use boxing techniques on a heavy bag, as well as perform a wide variety of body-weight and core strengthening exercise variations. don’t be nervous: classes are NON-CONTACT. The high-intensity interval style of training has the potential of burning up to 1,000 calories within the workout! all members are encouraged to push themselves while still working at their own pace.
