Requesting to Schedule First Boxing Conditioning Workout *

By checking the box below, you will receive an email with time and day options for your first workout. -FIRST WORKOUT IS FREE- After receiving our email, email us back to schedule your first workout time and day, (first to respond-first to reserve basis) we will reserve your spot and email you an electronic waiver form to fill out prior to you attending your first workout. -Workout - Show up at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled workout time, your designated coach will collect your waiver form. (if you are 14 - 17 years of age, a legal guardian must fill out your waiver form) Boxing Conditioning Class will be 60 minutes from start to finish. After a brief introduction, your designated coach will walk you through the warm up, instruct boxing technique, and demonstrate proper mechanics for the body weight exercises to be performed during the workout. (This is a non-contact boxing conditioning class) -Post Workout- Upon completion of your first workout, your coach can answer any questions you may have about your workout or Boxing Conditioning Class memberships. The only question that may go unanswered is the one you don't ask, we like for our members to feel comfortable, ask away!
